# How verified student reviews work
Every review is tied to a real signed-in account and screened by moderators before it goes public.
## The verified badge
A **Verified** badge means we have proof the reviewer actually attended a class — a linked booking, a receipt, or class check-in.
## Moderation
We remove reviews that:
- Attack individuals rather than describe the experience
- Include unverifiable safety claims
- Are clearly written by staff, competitors, or bots
## Studio response
Claimed studios can post one public response per review. Responses are visible below the review with a Studio response label.
FAQ
Can studios delete negative reviews?
No. Studios can respond publicly, but they cannot remove a review. Only our moderators can — and only when the review breaks our guidelines.
How do I get the Verified badge on my review?
Book your class through a partner platform we support, or upload a booking receipt when you write the review.
