No. Onboarding is optional — it only personalizes your feed. Your goal, level, city, and identity preferences are stored on your device and never shared without your say-so.

The optional identity step lets you flag things that matter — LGBTQ+ friendly, body positive, trauma-informed, accessibility needs, BIPOC-led, or nonbinary/trans welcoming — so we can surface studios that self-attest to those commitments. It's opt-in and can be changed or cleared any time.
Yes. Identity preferences are saved locally in your browser only. PoleStudioFinder does not send them to a server, share them with studios, or use them for advertising.
Yes. Every step is skippable, and you can update your answers at any time from your profile. Skipping just gives you the full unfiltered directory.
